1. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be issued if:
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items in the order
- Damaged or expired products
- Order cancelled by CENZO
2. Non‑Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The issue is reported after the defined time window
- Product quality complaints without valid proof
- Change of mind after delivery (unless specified)
3. Refund Process
- Raise a refund request via the app or customer support within 24 hours of delivery
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
4. Partial Refunds
If only part of the order is affected, a partial refund may be issued.
